Public Speaking List Request

Please check the meeting calendar (click here) before submitting. 

 

Council meetings are open to members of the public, who are welcome to speak at the designated public comment times. Members of the public wishing to speak are advised to contact the City Clerk prior to the meeting.

 

To add your name to the public speakers' list for an upcoming City Council meeting, please submit an online request below. Contact the City Clerk's Office at (201) 547 5150 if you have any questions.

 

To make a new request:

  1. Click Create.
  2. Fill in the form details.
  3. Click Submit.

Enter new request by clicking Create.  

 

Please indicate whether you want to speak during the public hearing only, on specific ordinances, or both.

 

If you want to speak on particular ordinances, please provide the ordinance numbers, which can be found on the agenda.
